Company Promotions/Retirement

Scott Myers will be taking over as Division Manager of our Charlotte office, replacing a retiring Bill Starling.  As most of you know, Bill has been planning his retirement for some time now, and with this transition he can now do that.  Scott has proven himself over and again in the Fayetteville market as our manager for the last 13 years.  He will now have an opportunity to provide the same success in a much larger Charlotte market.

Louis “Buddy” Henderson will be promoted from Construction Manager in Wilmington Division to Division Manager of Fayetteville Division.  Buddy has been with the company 18 years working his way up through the field and supervision into his present position.  Through his hard work and dedication, Buddy has truly earned this opportunity with the company.

These promotions are just an example of the opportunities this company can provide many of our employees.  It also continues the trend to promote from within.  Through continued growth, success and training, we will continue to be the contractor of choice when it comes to career path opportunities for our people.
