North Carolina Department of Labor Award

Watson Electrical Construction Co. LLC has been recognized by the North Carolina Department
of Labor as having a registered Master Craftsman training program. The program was approved
on June 1, 2005. With the registration of the program, Watson Electrical becomes the first
electrical contractor in the state of North Carolina to receive this recognition. The Department
of Labor states that registration of the program “means that it measures up to recognized standards”.
The Master Craftsman program is part of Watson Electrical’s overall training program and employee
career path, and one of many tools used for developing future leaders.
