| “On November 10th, one of your employees, Mr. David Walker (Burlington Division), was scheduled to come to my home and check out wiring at 7:30 a.m. I wanted you to know that this was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. Mr. Walker was there on time, patiently listening to my concerns about a short in my wiring and a ground wire that had been disconnected; then he went to work. When it became apparent that the fixture I was concerned with was not the source of the problem, Mr. Walker went to the extra effort to crawl up into my attic, pull up the wiring, and sort through it all until he found the problem. My house had a hot wire and a neutral wire that were crossed and laying in the insulation. Mr. Walker saved my home from the potential of a destructive fire."
