I want to express my appreciation for a job well done in completing the Cape Henry School
Project. You are indeed fortunate to have a dedicated and professional team (Virginia Beach
Division) consisting of Jack Wahl, Tom Healey, Danny Miller and last, but not least, Ben Sylvia.
Jack’s effort in the beginning of the project and Tom’s part at the end of the project all made
the job go smoothly. Danny’s and Ben’s recognition of the project’s needs helped to serve
the project and bring it to a successful completion.

It was Ben Sylvia’s day in and day out efforts that made the job as successful as it was. Ben
always displayed a high degree of integrity, responsibility, and ambition, while providing
outstanding professional service and advice. He always addressed any questions and solved
any issues in a very timely manner, and always went above and beyond with a positive
attitude. Your team deserves commendation for their efforts, which reflect highly on those whom they present.

I have told Ben how much I appreciated his help and attention to detail but I wanted to tell
you as well. Please convey our deepest appreciation for a job well done to everyone
involved in this project.  I look forward to working with Watson Electrical again in the future.
