Your company recently upgraded electrical service and installed
receptacles on a newly enclosed porch.  It was our good fortune to
have had your employee, Daniel Roy, perform this work.  Daniel is a
delightful person, not to mention a very fine electrician.  Both my wife
and I consider him to be a real asset to your fine company.  In our
opinion, he is not only a fine craftsman, but a gentleman in every sense
