S. B. Ballard Construction Company would like to extend our appreciation of your hard work and effort on the Foreman Field Parking Garage located at Old Dominion University.

This parking garage was completed 6 months ahead of schedule, which is an amazing accomplishment.  This project would not have been successful without the teamwork, communication and dedication from everyone who worked on the garage.
