This is a letter to let you know about 2 of your employees.
First, I have been a customer for approximately 6 years. I have called on your company to assist and fix several electrical problems, as well as our heating/air conditioner units. First and foremost, Debbie (Hadley, Service Coordinator), who schedules the appointments, has always treated me as if I were her only customer. Always courteous and friendly, despite being busy many of the times I have called, she always is able to schedule an appointment for that day, if not early the following day. She follows up when she says she will, and always treats me with the utmost respect. To have her as a customer service representative is such an asset to your company. She is one of the main reasons I continue to use this company.
Second, Justin (Montroy), an electrician and HVAC technician, has serviced my house continually for the past 6 or more years. He is extremely professional and friendly, and very willing to take time with me to attempt to explain what and why he is fixing what he is fixing. Just recently, he discussed with me at great length the steps to installing a new heating and air unit. At this last call, he diagnosed our electrical problem and had us call Progress Energy, who then came and solved the problem.
These 2 people are valuable employees to your company, and I am so pleased with their service that I will continue to choose Watson whenever I have a problem. Trustworthy service is difficult to find these days, and you should be proud to have these 2 fine individuals working for you.
