I wanted to let you know the amazing level of service I received from your
team at Watson Electrical. Last week I had a very important corporate visit
from some of UDR’s Sr. Executives from Denver. I had some last minute
electrical issues, and I had to call your office on two different days and ask for
assistance. Debbie (Hadley, Wilmington Division) was so accommodating. I was
prepared to bribe and beg, and she was so pleasant and helpful. Eddie (Spencer)
was the technician that helped us on both days, and he was here both times within
the hour. He went above and beyond the call of duty. on one of his calls, when he
realized that Watson Electrical didn’t carry the light covers we needed, he offered
to help us locate a company that did.

I must say, I am very impressed with your employees. Thank you for providing
Cape Harbor with such excellent customer service.
