I want to take a moment to thank you for your assistance last Friday with our emergency electrical repair issue here at Mayfaire. Your prompt response late on a Friday afternoon exemplified once again your dedication to getting a job done.

Our temporary power pole and meter had no power and our weekly outdoor concert was scheduled to start within an hour. When the service tech, Carl (Griffin), arrived on the scene, we had discovered that the repair was Progress Energy’s, but Carl managed to get us enough power…that we needed for the band. Carl went above and beyond to come up with a solution and did it with a smile and a great attitude. He is definitely an employee that I am sure Watson is glad to have on board. If it wasn’t for Carl, we would not have been able to provide the band any power and the concert would most likely have been cancelled, much to the dismay of the large crowd waiting patiently for the music to start!

Most employees would be ready to end the work week at 5:00 on a summer Friday afternoon, but Carl stayed and figured out how to help us. His customer service and great ttitude helped an unfortunate situation to be remedied.

I would like to commend Carl (Wilmington Division) on his dedication, attitude, and most importantly, his electrical knowledge. He definitely saved the day at Mayfaire!
