From Chip Overman with Clancy & Theys:
“I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the fine
people that you have working in your service department. Debby
Hadley and Kenneth Luhm have especially impressed me with their
“get it done” attitudes.
Debby is a pleasure to talk to and always has a cheery and helpful
attitude. She works hard to make sure I get the quickest, most efficient
service possible. I know that one call is all I have to make to Debby
and she will take care of my problem.
Kenny brings the same attitude with him when he arrives at my home.
He has that honest, “do it right the first time” approach that seems so
rare in our business today. As I was coming up in the ranks of the
construction industry, I was taught that no project was complete until it
was cleaned up. Many times I have been disappointed, both
professionally and personally, to find that portion of a job left undone.
I know that when a craftsman pays that much attention to what I can
see, he has paid equal amount of attention to those details that I might
not see. I don’t throw the word “craftsman” around loosely, especially
in these days. However, in this case I think it is a well-deserved
compliment to Kenny. He is a craftsman made with the same mold as
those old men who taught me this business 30 years ago. I thought that
mold would be broken long ago and I am very grateful to find it still
around today.
I look forward to many more successful and enjoyable experiences
with you and all of Watson Electrical.”
