DRaH Emergency Department Renovation – Raleigh, NC
Awarded by Riley-Lewis, Inc. The project is a 6,400 square foot renovation of an existing hospital emergency room. The work is scheduled to be done in phases so the emergency room can remain in operation. Our work includes installing new lights, new triage areas and new temporary patient rooms.
DRaH Surgical Expansion – Raleigh, NC
Awarded by Lend Lease. The project is a 15,000 square foot addition to Duke Raleigh Hospital that includes two new operating rooms and associated support rooms. The project also includes renovation to the existing waiting rooms and other small areas in the hospital.
DRaH Biplane Expansion – Raleigh, NC
Awarded by Lend Lease. This project is a 3,400 square foot addition to Duke Raleigh Hospital that will house a new Biplane machine. This project also includes renovation to the areas around the addition.
CBC Expansion – Shell – Raleigh, NC
Awarded by LeChase Construction. Project consists of a connector building between WRAL-TV and Capital Broadcasting that has a shell space on the lower level and concrete plaza on the upper level.

Awarded by Lend Lease. The project is a 4,000 square foot addition to Duke Raleigh Hospital that will house a new MRI machine. The project also includes renovation to the areas around the new addition.
Duke Library Services Mod 3 – Durham, NC
Awarded by LeChase Construction. This is a 15,000 square foot modular building that will store books for Duke University. This is the third of five planned buildings.
Junior League 2nd Floor Brooks Bell Fit up – Raleigh, NC
Awarded by Inland Construction Co. This is an upfit of the existing 10,447 square foot office space that includes new lighting and power and expansion of existing fire alarm system.
Progress Energy – DCC Renovation – Raleigh, NC
Awarded by McDonald York Building Company. Scope of project is to renovate and expand a 7,200 square foot. space. The renovation will include minor demolition, new construction, and commissioning of the space. Approximately, 41 employees will work in this renovated space. Project consists of new lighting and reusing some of the existing lighting. Lighting controls will be added for these lights and new power will be installed for cubicles.
Forsyth County Public Safety Building – Winston-Salem, NC
Awarded by New Atlantic Contracting. The project is 440,000 square feet and is a renovation of an existing building. The project has 3 parking deck levels and a 6 floor tenant space. The building has been completely gutted except for the elevators. We are installing a new distribution system with emergency generators and buss duct throughout the building. The project includes 2 floors of tenant space for the sheriff’s office and four other floors will be set up as a core space only.
Nash Hospital Emergency Care Center and Heart Center – Rocky Mount, NC
Awarded by Rodgers Builders. The project is a 110,331 square foot 3 story building with connector attached to an existing hospital.

Awarded by Sterling Highlands, LLC. This is a 325,000 square foot, multi-family, 13 building, 3 and 4 story, 322 unit apartment project with clubhouse amenities and detached garages.
Madison Park at Northlake – Charlotte, NC
Awarded by Carocon Corporation. This is a 300,000 square foot, multi-family, 10 building, 3 and 4 story, 287 unit apartment project with clubhouse amenities and detached garages.
Granville Medical Emergency Department Addition – Oxford, NC
Awarded by Rentenbach Constructors, Inc. The project will be located on the main campus at 1010 College Street, Oxford, NC. The project consists of extensive electrical site work, interior infrastructure modifications/upgrades, a new 17,500 square foot single story emergency department, approximately 7,000 square feet of renovations to existing medical center and a new 4,900 square foot 2 story steam boiler/emergency generator plant with two 1,000kw generators, switch gear and transfer switches. ARRA requirements apply.

Awarded by Turner Construction Company. New 100,000 square foot Doctor's Hospital for Riverside Healthcare. The project features generators with paralleling switchgear, extensive power distribution and lighting systems. We are furnishing the fire alarm system turn-key and empty raceways for all owner furnished systems
Tidewater Community College Chesapeake ERP – Chesapeake, VA
Awarded by S B Ballard Construction Company. This is the early-release package for the Tidewater Community College - Chesapeake Campus. The project includes site and pedestrian lighting for the new Academic and Student Center buildings. Also included is infrastructure for both power and telecommunications.
New Richmond City Jail – Richmond, VA
Awarded by Tompkins Builders. 400,000 square foot Richmond Justice Center. The new Jail will replace the aging City Jail which is located on the same property. The project will consist of minimum security dorm style inmate areas up to maximum security cells. The facility will have 100% backup generation via (2) 1500 KW generator sets. The facility will also include in-house laundry, full kitchen, administration, healthcare and inmate processing areas. This is a design-build project with the joint venture team of Tompkins Builders and S B Ballard Construction Company in association with TK Davis.
CATS Parking Guidance – Charlotte, NC
Awarded by the City of Charlotte. Installation of car counting equipment for seven parking lots along the light rail system.
Southeast Stokes Middle School – Walnut Cove, NC
Awarded by New Atlantic Contracting, Inc. New 22,000 square foot, 2-story classroom building. Power, lighting, communication and fire alarm systems. The project also includes renovation to several areas in existing school building.
HMI Upfit at 220 Elm – High Point, NC
Awarded by Shelco. Upfit of an existing furniture showroom space with upgrades to lighting, communication and fire alarm systems. Work to be complete prior to the High Point Spring Furniture Show in April of 2012.
Archdale Municipal Building – Archdale, NC
Awarded by Lomax Construction. New 14,750 square foot 2 story office building for the Town of Archdale. Work includes fire alarm, power and lighting, and generator.
Civil Engineering Company – Charleston, SC
Awarded by Sauer, Inc. Two (2) new buildings at the Charleston Air Force Base: A single story 18,000 square foot Readiness Center and a two story 30,000 square foot Civil Engineering Complex Administration Building. We are installing the medium voltage services, pad mount transformers, communication duct banks, site lighting, fire alarm with mass notification and telecommunications

Awarded by Choate Construction Co. The project is an upfit of an existing 1 story warehouse, 110,000 square foot total with 5,000of space for offices. Installing a new 800A service, F/A, Hi Bay Fluorescent Fixtures, Lighting control system and general office space.
Kindred East Cooper – Mount Pleasant, SC
Awarded by McCarthy Building Company. The project is a 112,000 square foot, 2 story hospital renovation project. Various rooms in the facility are changing smoke/fire rating and we are demoing and reinstalling new work on devices (receptacles, switches, data outlets, etc.). We are adding new gear (10 panels, 1 ATS switch, 2 transformers, 1 400amp disconnect, 3 breakers). We are also demoing some light fixtures and reinstalling new light fixtures (367), and cleaning and re-lamping all remaining fixtures. We are adding new conduit homeruns and adding new devices for the fire alarm system to bring it to code
M E Roberts Transitional – Wilmington, NC
Awarded by McKinley Building. This is a single story 7,780 square foot facility that is to house transitional people from homeless to self-sufficient. The building is going to be a total renovation with no reuse of any electrical materials.
AAI Pharma Lab Renovation – Wilmington, NC
Awarded by Turner Construction Company. This is a two story 36,500 square foot renovation of the laboratory area. Both floors were completely demolished and we are wiring the new labs and offices. We will also be doing surface raceway for the laboratory work benches, fire alarm and relocating a generator from another location.
Henley Middle School – Albemarle County, VA
Awarded by Baker Renewable Energy. This project consists of the connections of 127 solar panels on the roof of Henley Middle School. They are connected to a roof mounted combiner which sends DC power to an inverter in the main electrical room, which then connects to the school’s main power. Also included are the connections to a wind turbine installed behind the school which supplements power to another panel board in the school. Power and final connections for the colar powered water heater are also included.
