Building 738 Renovation JSOC – Fort Bragg, NC
Awarded by Veterans Construction Alliance, LLC (VCA), formerly known as Turner Strategic Technologies (TST). Building 738 is a quoted renovation of room 100 with cable tray (provided by the government) routed throughout the corridors leading into the tele/data room. We will have a contract with our leading communications subcontractor, WoodCom, to install all the cabling (provided by the government) throughout the corridors that lead into the tele/data room. Office walls will be demoed allowing room 100 (appr. 3,000 sq ft) to double in size. New lighting fixtures will be installed in this newly sized area along with a couple of fire alarm devices. An award winning, raised floor system, made completely of recycled material will be installed with integral floor boxes and pathways for power and telecommunications wiring to be installed.
Project Agate – Tarboro, NC
Awarded by Choate Construction Co. The project is a 708,000 SF warehouse with an office building attached. Our scope of work is to provide power, lighting and fire alarm for the warehouse and office areas.
UNCW Allied Health – Wilmington, NC
Awarded by Balfour Beatty. The project is a 174,389 SF Health Science/Medical, 3 story classroom building. This is a new facility and our scope will be performing the complete electrical installation with raceway only for the Tele/Data and AV Systems.
Morehead Ridge Apartments – Charlotte, NC
Awarded by Carocon Corporation. Morehead Ridge Apartments is a multi-family type project that consists of a total of 292 apartments within three large five-story buildings, and two smaller three-story townhome buildings. Other buildings consist of a one-story ground level, 12-bay parking garage, a three-story clubhouse with amenities, and a pool. The total square footage of all buildings is 345,979. We will be performing the full scope of electrical for the buildings along with the exterior amenity/landscape lighting, and power for the pool.
Sanctuary Chapel – Kiawah Island, SC
Awarded by Choate Construction. The Sanctuary Chapel is a two story, 5,500 SF building. We will be installing temporary power, decorative light fixtures, fire alarm, new service, typical power devices, fire alarm and low voltage raceways.
Rolesville Turnaround – Rolesville, NC
Awarded by Fred Smith Company. We will be installing traffic signals at eight intersections along US 401.
