Project is a new 12,205 SF, single story fire station with three vehicle bays, a sleeping quarters and offices. Scope includes a new 600A service, 80KW generator, fire alarm system, lighting, and general power distribution.

Project partnership with Fred Smith Company
Scope of work includes installing wood poles, guy assemblies, signal heads, signal cable, lead-in cable, span wire, concrete foundations, controllers w/cabinets, new electrical services and loops.
New Signal-TW Alexander Signals – Durham, NC
Project partnership with Carolina Sunrock
Scope of work includes installing signal heads, signal cable, lead- in cable, loops, controller’s w/ cabinets, new electrical service, concrete foundations, and metal poles w/ mast arms. Removing concrete foundation & metal pole w/ mast arm.

North Johnston Cafeteria – Kenly, NC
Project awarded by Daniels & Daniels Construction Co. Inc.
This 5,685 SF project is a renovation and addition to an existing cafeteria. Scope of work includes new raceways, power wiring, light fixtures, lighting controls, wiring devices, a speaker and fire alarm system throughout the renovated space.
New Signal on Thunder Rd – Elizabeth City, NC
Project awarded by Whiting-Turner. We installed a brand-new metal mast arm at the intersection. This was a change order of current contract with the SAMC Hospital.
Ballantyne Senior Apartments – Charlotte, NC
Project awarded by Crescent Communities. 86,000 SF, 1 building, 4-story, 82 apartment unit project. Scope of work includes a full distribution system, light fixture package, basic electrical installation, fire alarm, area of rescue and door access.

First Carolina Bank Admin – Rocky Mount, NC
Awarded by Smithson, Inc. Project is a 7,657 SF phase 3 expansion of an existing 3-story financial institution. We will be installing new electrical systems and lighting controls.
Repair Party Permanent Barracks A3153 & A3149 – Fort Bragg, NC
Awarded by SES Civil and Environmental LLC. Project is an existing 2-story building with precast exterior walls, (3) CMU stairwells and portioned in metal studs and GWB panels. Direct upstream service is 400A 3P 4W 480/1277V. Upfit of Lighting and Gear, installation of a new Tele Data System and demolition and re-installation of the Fire Alarm System.
New Pedestrian Crossing Installation – Charlotte, NC
Awarded by Crescent Communities of Charlotte, NC. Installation of two pedestrian crossing metal mast arm poles on Senator Royal Drive.
New Traffic Signal Installation – Rolesville, NC
Awarded by the Fred Smith Company of Raleigh, NC. This is a multiple signal project with multiple phases and temporary configurations. Signals are a part of the Main Street widening project along US 401.
AVIVA – Virginia Beach, VA
Awarded by SB Ballard Construction Company. Project is 215,172 SF senior living facility with independent, assisted, and memory care suites. It is comprised of two building sections. The first is a two-story building with assisted living, memory care, and amenity spaces, and interior parking. The second building section is a seven-story building with independent living and amenity spaces. Scope of work consists of power distribution, emergency generator, lighting, fire alarm system, lightning protection, emergency responder antennae distribution, and raceways for low voltage systems.

Dunbar Place Apartments – Rockhill, SC
Project awarded by JM Cope Construction. Project is approximately 134,000 SF, 100 units throughout 2 buildings on 4 levels of wood construction. Our scope of work includes a full distribution system, light fixture package, basic electrical install, fire alarm and area of rescue.

Awarded by Etolin Strait Development Group. Renovation of an existing 16,141 SF 2-story building. Installing new Lighting, Fire Alarm and Communications systems.
Arden at Huntersville – Huntersville, NC
Awarded by Harkins Builders. Project is a Senior living facility. The building is approximately 161,000 SF, 129 units on 4 levels of wood construction. Our scope of work includes a full distribution system, basic electrical installation, fire alarm, area of rescue, EV stations, and a 20KW generator system.

Wilson Medical Center ICU – Wilson, NC
Awarded by Robins & Morton. Interior Renovation to the 3rd floor West Tower converting to (20) ICU rooms. Partial renovation on the 1st floor training room. The job consists of new electrical panels, transformers, and disconnects for mechanical equipment, and connections. Fire alarm system modification complete, raceway for tele/data, card access, nurse call. The owner is providing data cabling and nurse call cabling.
Renovation Building 3-3045 JSOC – Fort Bragg, NC
Awarded by W-T Federal Joint Venture. This project is to renovate 2 floors of an existing building. We will install a complete lighting, and gear upfit.
New Signal Caddy Road – Garner, NC
New Traffic Signal installation at two locations on Fayetteville Rd in Garner, Wake Co., NC. Work includes wood poles, single mast arm metal poles and fiber work.

Signals Ballantyne Medical – Charlotte, NC
Awarded by Robins & Morton. This project consists of four signal upgrades with fiber communication.
Signal Construction – Dare County, NC
Awarded by NCDOT. This is a single Metal pole w/twin mast arm signals. We will be the Prime on this contract, meaning we will have the pavement markings, and handicap accesses installed under our management.
B3112 Security Modernization – Charleston, SC
Awarded by Walga Ross Group JV. This is a security upgrade to a shell style warehouse building. We will be demoing some equipment, and other small devices. We will be locating lights, providing new switches, supplying new cable tray, adding a couple of fire alarm devices, and upgrading the security at all the doors. We will also install a new sound masking system for the whole project area.
Aspen Heights – Charlotte, NC
Awarded by Samet Corporation. The project is a new, 17 story, 12 level, 393 unit apartment tower, and a 5 level concrete parking structure. Included are 12,000 SF of amenities comprising of an elevated courtyard, swimming pool, indoor/outdoor sky lounge, and fitness center. The apartment amenities will include controlled access/electronic locks, high-end finishes, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washers/dryers, quartz countertops in kitchens and bathrooms, pendant lighting, and ceramic tile surrounds.
Lake Pointe – Charlotte, NC
Awarded by Armada Hoffler Construction LLC. The project includes 6 separate three-story style apartment buildings, housing 300 units, and 14 separate two-story townhome buildings, housing 59 rental units. The project includes a separate clubhouse with leasing office, fitness, clubroom, exterior swimming pool, pavilion, and a trash compactor enclosure. The total building areas are 402,727 SF. We will be performing the full scope of electrical & fire alarm for the above listed buildings along with the exterior lighting, and power for the pool ct. yard.
Harbor Walk – Southport, NC
Awarded by Thomas Construction Group, LLC. The project will be (3) 2-level wood framed buildings totaling 36,960 SF, and containing 20 dwelling units. We will install the electrical, lighting, fire alarm, local tele/catv media cabinet with jacks, and cabling only inside of the units.

Awarded by Exxcel Construction. This project will add a main office, shipping office, and will also add a 2000A service to an existing core & shell warehouse.
US 17 - Beaufort/Martin Counties, NC
Awarded by Branch Civil Contractors. This is a DMS sign project along US 17 in Beaufort/Martin Counties for the NC Department of Transportation.

City of Concord Maintenance – Concord, NC
Awarded by The City of Concord. This project is for the annual traffic signal maintenance work for the City of Concord.
Signal at Drysdale Drive – Jacksonville, NC
Awarded by Chatham Civil Contracting LLC. The project consists of traffic signal upgrades on Drysdale Drive Extension, and Military Cutoff Road.
Lincoln Financial Group 10th & 11th Floor Lighting – Greensboro, NC
Awarded by Lincoln Financial Group. This project consists of replacing a total of 511 fluorescent lights with new LED lights, and adding 44 recessed can lights on the 10th and 11th floors of Lincoln's high-rise office building. In addition to the new lighting, we are installing new N-light controls to provide the owner with multiple options on lighting control. The building will remain occupied during this work so most of the work will be done after hours or in phases.

Scotland Memorial Hospital OR Suite - Laurinburg, NC
Awarded by The Christman Company. The project consists of approximately 60,759 SF with 17,490 SF of the space being part of the new OR addition. Phase one of the project consists of renovating the imaging at the front of the hospital, renovating a portion of the existing facility, and adding to the rear for a new OR suite. This new area will have 5 OR suites, 5 procedure rooms, office and 13 PACU spaces, plus an isolation PACU room. During this phase the electrical service will also be expanded. Phase 2 will consist of 21 pre-post OP individual rooms as well as offices and additional support spaces. There will also be exterior work to be conducted on the site. The medium voltage entering the facility is going to be revamped to facilitate the addition. This consists of removal of all the existing from where it enters the property. creating a new metered entry point, installing the entire system in a multilevel duct bank back to the existing utility transformers in the utility yard. This will make some provisions for new EV stations, and their own distribution panel.
Stokes Mazda Renovation – N Charleston, SC
Awarded by Robbins Construction Group. This is a single-story building with a partial 2nd floor along with a mechanics shop. We will be renovating the entire lighting package throughout the building which includes the entire showroom area. We will provide a new service to the building, and new panels for the parts department, and mechanics bay. We will also be installing floor boxes on the firs,t and second floor, and installing electrical vehicle charging stations on the outside of the building.
Division 4 Maintenance – Edgecombe, Halifax, Johnston, Wayne, and Wilson Counties, NC
Awarded by NCDOT. This is a maintenance contract for all the traffic signals located in multiple counties. We are responsible for repair and replacement of all signal equipment.
VAMC Renovate SPS – Fayetteville, NC
Awarded by Riley Contracting Group, Inc. The project is the renovation of part of the basement, first floor and second floor light fixtures, gear, fire alarm, teledata, and access control. We will also provide the lightning protection on the new penthouse system.
Piedmont Honda – Anderson, SC
Awarded by Matrix Construction. The project consists of a new 21 bay garage with an alignment center. We will be installing a new pad mount transformer, new panels for the garage area, and interior lighting for the service center.
NC Zoo Asia – Asheboro, NC
Awarded by Rodgers Builders. This is new construction in which we will be providing a turnkey electrical system for all 8 buildings. Six of these buildings will be used as habits for animals, and the other two will be a Café, and a maintenance building. The overall size of the buildings, ranges from 15,000 SF – 60,000 SF. We will also be providing pathways for low voltage systems, and a turnkey fire alarm system, which our fire alarm subcontractor will install.
500 East Main – Durham, NC
Awarded by Lechase Construction. The project will be (1) 7-level, wood framed building totaling 616,089 SF, and containing 246 dwelling units, amenity/support space, commercial empty shell space, and a café, all wrapping a 7-level concrete parking deck. We are responsible for the electrical, lighting, fire alarm, area of rescue, local tele/CATV jacks, and cabling only inside of units.

TIMC Cath Lab Addition – North Charleston, SC
Awarded by Samet Corporation. The project consists of a 3 phased Cath Lab addition on the 1st floor of the Hospital. We will renovate the existing space located on the first floor to allow for the addition of a new Cath Lab, to include reconfiguration of the existing ICU waiting, respiratory therapy, lounge, locker rooms. and some small work on the roof. We will install new light fixtures in the rooms, a new panel in the Cath Lab, and new GE gear for the new equipment being installed.
Westminster – Henrico, VA
Awarded by Gilbane/Henderson, JV. The project consists of high-end senior living apartments. We are providing electrical for 4 new 4-story apartment buildings that include 76 new apartments. Each building is approximately 57,300 SF with each apartment being approximately 1,500 SF. We are also doing an 8-story tower that is 171,520 SF that includes 42 apartments. The 1st floor includes a pool, fitness area, and dining areas. The upper floors are all high-end assisted living apartments. All buildings will include new electrical services, generators, lighting, branch power, fire alarm, tele/data, audio/visual, and access control. We will also install new site lighting throughout the project. The buildings will be constructed with metal stud framing, and electrical wiring will be mostly MC cable.
NC DHHS Campus – Temporary Power – Raleigh, NC
Awarded by Barnhill-Balfour Beatty JV. The project consists of one office tower and one parking deck. We will be furnishing and installing the temporary power work.
Duke Garner Medical Office Building – Durham, NC
Awarded by LeChase Construction Services. This project is a new 60,000 sq/ft core and shell Medical Office Building with a stand-alone Central Utility Plant. The Medical Office Building will have a new 1600amp electrical service, the Central Utility Plant will have a new 2500amp electrical service. We will also be installing the Fire Alarm System, Lightning Protection System, and electrical raceways for future use.
Slater Road Apartments
Awarded by Armada Hoffler. The project consists of 5, 3 story apartment buildings, 4 of which have an additional basement level. All buildings total 225,208 SF and 199 dwelling units. The project also includes a 6,935 SF clubhouse, swimming pool, pavilion and trash enclosure. We will be performing the full scope of electrical for the above listed buildings/areas along with the exterior lighting and power for the pool courtyard.
Oak Terrace – Columbia, SC
Awarded by Liberty Solutions, LLC. The project consists of 1 manor style building with 3 levels, 115, 212 SF, and 95 apartments. Our scope of work will be overseeing our subcontractors work, and installation of feeeder conduits and wire.

Awarded by APAC Atlantic. Traffic Signal upgrades for two intersections consisting of temporary and final designs.
Wendell Town Hall – Wendell, NC
Awarded by W. B. Brawley Company. This project is a new 2-story 16,500 SF Town Hall building for the Town of Wendell, NC. The project consists of a Counsel Chamber, Office, and Conference Room space. We will be installing a 100amp electrical service, Fire Alarm, Security, and tele/data infrastructure network.
Maintenance Contract – Mecklenburg, Union, Anson, Cabarrus and Stanly Counties, NC
Awarded by the North Carolina Department of Transportation. This is the annual maintenance contract for Watson Electrical - Service in Fayetteville.

Awarded by Samet Corp. Installation of a temporary wood pole intersection followed by a permanent metal pole intersection.
VAMC Building 10 Wing – Fayetteville, NC
Awarded by Hernandez Consulting. This is the 24,800 SF renovation of a connector portion of the existing building 1, and the expansion of existing D-Wing. This will consist of basement level buildout, and 1st level shell space for future use. There will be some limited demolition. The existing building 8 will be demolition with us being responsible for cut and make safe only.
Bon Secours Maryview Hospital Endoscopy – Portsmouth, VA
Awarded by W M Jordan Company. The construction area consists of 7,354 SF, single story. Our work consists of providing new light fixtures, a couple of new branch panel boards, minor lighting protection changes for new roof mounted mechanical equipment, and fire alarm system. The FA System is being purchased by the general contractor and we are installing it due to required FA contractor not being an approved Watson subcontractor. All other systems are empty conduit stub-ups only. The actual systems and wiring will be provided and installed by others.
Loops – Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Stanley, Union, and Anson Counties, NC
Awarded by NCDOT. This is an annual loop contract for maintenance.
Edwards Mill Road Project – Raleigh, NC
Awarded by Brasfield & Gorrie. We will install one new traffic signal, and perform one traffic signal upgrade.

Berkeley Tradeport Building 5 – Summerville, SC
Awarded by Evans General Contractors, LLC. This is a design/build, 40,000 SF, ground up, single story warehouse. We will be installing house lighting, a fire alarm system, a generic telecom system, and (2) new electrical services.
Davis Drive Apartments – Morrisville, NC
Awarded by Brawley Construction. The project is a 96,611 SF, Single, large 4 level building that will consist of 50 apartment units located on the upper 3 levels with wood construction sitting over the first-floor concrete podium with amenity and retail space below the podium. Ground level parking around the building. Our scope of work will be performing the full scope of electrical, fire alarm, and area of rescue systems.
Centro @ Pine Nash – Wilson, NC
Awarded by Clancy & Theys Construction Company. This will be a one, 5-level wood framed building totaling 227,294 SF, 5,500 SF of amenity/support space, 9,500 SF of commercial empty shell space, a pool and a 250kw generator. We will be responsible for the electrical, lighting, fire alarm, area of rescue, tele/CATV jacks, and cabling only.

Bill Clark Homes Upfit – Wilmington, NC
Awarded by Thomas Construction Group. This is a single story, 6,558 SF upfit of an existing building. We will be providing all power, lighting, and Fire Alarm for the project.
Gastonia Municipal Operations – Gastonia, NC
Awarded by Edifice. This project consists of a new,19,999 SFElectric Division building that will be utilized to support site work, utility, and building trades. Also, as part of the project, we will perform the interior renovation to a 16,250 SF portion of the existing Administration Building. Work includes new bathroom,training rooms, and office and lobby renovations.
Chesapeake Regional Medical Center Lobby Renovations – Chesapeake, VA
Awarded by ET Gresham Company, LLC. Our scope of work consists of replacing exterior canopy lights, front entrance bollard lighting, and interior main corridor and lobby lighting on the 1st floor. Square footage of the work is not applicable as the interior walls are staying the same. We will be upgrading the lighting and making minor adjustments to the existing fire alarm. Saw cutting of the existing concrete sidewalk for new bollard lights is included in our scope.
Signal - Colington Road – Kill Devil Hills, NC
Awarded by Fred Smith Company. The project will consist of the installation of two intersections including new mast arm metal poles with new pedestrian crossings.

A245/3351 Barracks – Fort Bragg, NC
Awarded by SES Civil and Environmental LLC. The project will be a 52,000 SF, 4 story barracks. Our scope of work will consist of demo of electrical receptacles, switches, and telephone coastal faceplates. We will provide and install new receptacles and fan, provide and install two new GFCI receptacles, and demo & replace all lights in suites.
Vpet – Greer, SC
Awarded by Exxcel Project Management. This project is a upfit to the existing warehouse space at Vpet Plastic Manufacturing. We are adding 4 - 1,600amp gear, new panels and lighting.
Moxley Hotel – Virginia Beach, VA
Awarded by Hourigan Construction Corp. This project is a 71,630 SF, 7 story hotel with 134 keys. The ground level will include a hotel lobby, lounge, bar restaurant, restrooms , and back of house space. In addition to the hotel rooms, level 2 will include a fitness center, lounge rooms, and offices. Levels 3-7 complete the typical hotel layout. The site work includes construction of a vehicle loading and unloading space, an in-ground pool, grading, and landscaping. Our work is to provide lighting, power, emergency backup for all the spaces listed above.
CRMC MOB – Belmont, NC
Awarded by Robins and Morton. This project will consist of a single story, 12,336 SF, Upfit with extension of existing 1600A service feeding new branch panels as well as isolated panels feeding power for receptacles and surgical lights in operating and procedure rooms. We will be roughing in raceway for a new auxiliary, tele/data, fire alarm, and security system.
Charlotte Facility Fire Alarm Replacement – Charlotte, NC
Awarded by Federal Reserve Bank Of Richmond. This project will consist of replacing the existing Siemens Fire Alarm System with a new Siemens Cerberus Pro Modular fire alarm system. We will separate the water detection system from the fire alarm system to interface with (BAS) Building Automation System. Watson Electrical will serve as the prime contractor carrying fire alarm, fire stopping, framing, firestop, and all demolition.
Reeves Football Renovations – Clemson, SC
Awarded by Thompson Turner Construction. This project consists of a small office addition to the Reeves Football Operations Building. We will be enclosing the existing basketball court and willl be adding a small new addition to tie the basketball courts into the building. We are also renovating 2 levels on the interior into a workout area. We will install new light fixtures in the remodeled area and a new fire alarm system in the basketball area.
Cape Fear Commercial – Wilmington, NC
Awarded by Thomas Construction Group. The project is a 6,800 SF, upfit of 1 story of an existing shell space located on the 2nd floor of the Autumn Hall Shell commercial building. Our scope of work consists of general lighting, general power, a 400A service, data rough-in, and a turn-key Fire Alarm system.

Fox Road Apartments – Raleigh, NC
Awarded by Armada Hoffler Construction Company. This project consists of 4 – 3 level wood framed buildings totaling 260,942 SF. There will be 240 dwelling units, 4,500 SF of amenity, support space and 200 SF pool house building with a pool. We are responsible for the electrical, lighting, fire alarm, and local tele/TV systems within the units only.
Signal Gumbranch – Jacksonville, NC
Awarded by Barnhill Contracting Company. We will be installing traffic signals at 3 intersections.
GoRaleigh Transportation Park & Ride – Raleigh, NC
Awarded by Fred Smith Company. We will be performing the installation of the site lighting, installing raceway, and fiber for the site security on this project. All security is by the Owner.
NC Museum Dueling Dinosaur Laboratory Exhibit – Raleigh, NC
Awarded by Brawley, Inc. This is a (1) story museum with a parking deck located directly beneath the building. This 4,150 SF project consists of the renovation of an exhibit area with demo of existing floor boxes, new lighting, power, poke-thrus, data rough-in, AV rough-in, and turn-key FA by JCI. There is an addition of an enclosed mechanical space in the lower parking deck with a new 400A panel and a transformer fed from an existing Switchboard to feed new HVAC equipment. There is minor outside lower rooftop work to add additional HVAC equipment. The façade is being reworked to facilitate a handicap ramp and new lighting.
Sedgefield Office Building – Charlotte, NC
Awarded by Samet Corporation. The office building core and shell project includes a new, 3,000 amp service for a new, 290,000 SF, 6 story office building with a 140,000 SF, 3 story parking deck. We will be installing the new distribution infrastructure feeding new site lighting, general power and lighting throughout the building, and parking deck. We will also be providing the fire alarm system as well as conduit for the tele/data system. We will be installing a new 150kW Generac generator for emergency power.
A-2653/2649 Barracks – Fort Bragg, NC
Awarded by GM Hill Engineering, Inc. The project is 4 stories, 52,000 SF. Our scope of work is replacing lighting with new in suites and stairwells, replacing emergency ballast with new in corridors, replacing wiring devices with new in suites and stairwells, and replacing all face plates with new for the entire facility in the existing barracks.
USMC Air Station Theater – Beaufort, SC
Awarded by Bolton Building. The project consists of approximately 17,000 SF, two story remodel of a theater. Our work consists of lighting and fire alarm work.
Goldenberg Office – Wilmington, NC
Awarded by Monteith Construction. This is a 1 story, 19,566 SF project that includes offices and multiple activity spaces. We will be providing power, lighting, fire alarm, and sitework for the project.
Ballantyne Reimagined – Charlotte, NC
Awarded by Rodgers Builders. Our work includes wood poles, metal strain poles, mast arm metal pole, and fiber work
Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center Hybrid OR Suite Renovation – Portsmouth, VA
Awarded by W M Jordan. The project consists of renovating approximately 8,359 SF of the existing hospital space for new perioperative suite, new operating room, new interventional radiology room, and special procedure room. The project will be adding a new air handler unit on the roof (by others) that we will provide power to. We are providing new lighting, power equipment, and fire alarm system to support the new/renovated spaces. The existing hospital is 3 stories and we will be working on the 1st and 2nd floors while the hospital is open for business.
Service Logic – Charlotte, NC
Awarded by Balfour Beatty. Service Logic is a 21,720 SF Class A Office up-fit being fed from an existing 4,000 amp bus riser. We will be installing all power, lighting, and fire alarm. The lighting and control package will be top of the class standards with beautiful linear fixtures, as well as wall sconces, and office lighting. The power side will include panelboards, receptacles, equipment power and terminations, furniture power and terminations. The furniture feeders will be poke-thru with the conduit and wiring installed in the ceiling below. On the tenth floor overlooking Charlotte from Tryon Street, this will be an office space that would be a pleasure for anyone to work in.
Atsena 8 Davis – Durham, NC
Awarded by BE&K Building Group, LLC. The project is an upfit to the existing building to include fire alarm, conduit and wiring for devices and mechanical equipment. The upfit is on the third floor of an existing building. The area is to be used for office space and pharmaceutical labs.
Truliant FCU OPS Center – Winston-Salem, NC
Awarded by Davie Construction. This project is a renovation, in which we are upfitting three floors into office space for Truliant. In total the project is 150,000 SF. Our scope of work includes a complete turnkey electrical system which includes providing a new generator, and UPS for emergency power. We will be subcontracting a fire alarm contractor to complete the fire alarm system. Watson will also be responsible for all systems pathways.
Aura Farrington - Durham, NC
Awarded by John Moriarty & Association of VA. Each will have an airframe lighting / power unit hung from the ceiling by others, but we will perform the power and control feed. The major power for this equipment will be run across the roof of this area of the hospital and drop into the appointed locations. Riverside Doctors Hospital Williamsburg MEP Upgrades – Williamsburg, VA

The addition to the Central Utility Plant at Riverside Doctors’ Hospital in Williamsburg, VA will include the addition of (4) 750kw generators, a 5,000amp new normal switchgear, a 5,000amp new parallel switchgear, and (2) new ATS units (automatic transfer switches). The new normal & parallel gear will be used to refeed the existing normal and parallel gear in the existing Central Utility Plant. The Sandhills Community College Health Sciences Building will consist of both the renovation of, and an addition to the existing Kennedy Hall building. The Kennedy Hall building renovation scope includes approximately 39,000 SF of renovation as well as a new 36,000 SF addition. Integrally connected to each other by a circulation "spine", the new addition will extend the existing Kennedy Hall building to the east. A new main entrance will face the reconfigured Lindbergh Drive, and student, visitor, and faculty parking.
