Isaiah Rock Wins GOLD at the National Craft Championship!

Great Job, Isaiah!

Chris Chia and Isaiah Rock competed in the 2023 National Craft Championship, March 16 - 18, 2023.

Building an unknown project with a time constraint and hundreds of eyes watching can be unnerving. But Chris and Isaiah worked hard, focused on the job, and did great! We could not be prouder of these two very skilled apprentices and of the incredible job they both did on their projects.

The legend, Lloyd Evans

The competition at the National Craft Championship is skilled and formidable. But apprentices Chris Chia and Isaiah Rock have an advantage the other apprentices don't have, our Hiring and Training Administrator, Lloyd Evans.

For decades, Lloyd has worked with our apprentices and has 20 years of continuous service as an NCCER Certified (Craft) Instructor. He has given hours upon hours of his time, experience, and know-how: year after year, his results, winners.

Lloyd is retiring, making this his last time at the #craftchampionship. We appreciate his hard work, dedication, and ability to motivate our apprentices to learn, grow and succeed.
